Familiarization of the employee with local regulatory acts (hereinafter - LRA)
Before or after the conclusion of an employment contract, the employer must familiarize the employee with the LRA operating in the organization and directly related to his labor activity. The legislation does not contain an exhaustive list of such LRAs. In particular, they are: internal labor regulations, collective agreement, labor protection instructions, job (work) instructions.
Familiarization of the employee with the LRA can be confirmed by his signature on the familiarization sheet or in the LRA itself.
