After making a decision to hire a new employee, a number of actions must be taken to register him as an employee. Consider the main actions of the employer.

Stage 1. We accept documents

The applicant, at the request of the employer, presents the following documents:

  1. passport (other identification document);
  2. military registration documents (for those liable for military service (conscripts) and persons who are subject to conscription for military service);
  3. a work book (except for persons entering the workforce for the first time and part-time workers).
  4. a document on education (on training, confirming the right to perform work)
  5. insurance certificate
  6. application for a job. It is not necessary to apply it. But the employer can ask the applicant to write it. In such a statement, it is advisable for the hired employee to express their intention to conclude an employment contract with the employer, indicate the position (profession), category (if any) and the approximate date of employment

Stage 2. We draw up documents

An employer concludes an employment agreement (contract) with an employee hired for a permanent job. The employment contract is drawn up in writing in two copies and signed by both parties. Familiarization of the employee with local regulatory acts (hereinafter - LRA)

Before or after the conclusion of an employment contract, the employer must familiarize the employee with the LRA operating in the organization and directly related to his labor activity. The legislation does not contain an exhaustive list of such LRAs. In particular, they are: internal labor regulations, collective agreement, labor protection instructions, job (work) instructions.

Familiarization of the employee with the LRA can be confirmed by his signature on the familiarization sheet or in the LRA itself.
